नियम व सूचना :

संचालक आणि सदस्य यांचात गैरसमज निर्माण होऊ नयेत म्हणून ही स्पष्ट नियमावली आम्ही आपणास सादर करीत आहोत . नियमावली कोणत्याही प्रकारे जाचक होणार नाही, याची आम्ही दक्षता घेतली आहे,कृपया गैरसमज नसावा. आम्ही सहल आयोजक आहोत, कोणतीही विमान , शिपिंग कंपनी ,रेल्वे ,बस हॉटेल्स आम्हीं चालवत नाही किंवा त्यावर आमचा मालकी हक्क नाही.त्यांच्या व्यवस्थापनावर आमचा हक्क किंवा ताबा नसल्याने त्यांच्या व्यवस्थापनाद्वारे उध्दभवणाऱ्या कोणत्याही नुकसानीस निसर्ग टुर्स व्यवस्थापक किवा सहल असिस्टन्ट कोणत्याही प्रकारे जबाबदार राहणार नाही.

१ .सहलीचा खर्च सोबतच्या पत्रकाप्रमाणे असून या खर्चात बस/ जीप/कँटर प्रवास, ,प्रतिदिन दोन वेळचे जेवण, दोन वेळचा चहा, निवसखर्च ,जीप्सीने , कँटरने जंगल सफारी ,गाईड ,प्रवेश फी समाविष्ठ आहे. त्याचप्रमाणे रेल्वे तिकीट भाडे , रेल्वेतील खानपान , सहल काळातील वैयक्तिक खर्च , कपडे धुलाई खर्च, वैद्यकीय मदत खर्च, शीत पेये, मिनरल वॉटर ,कँमेरा, हँडीकँम फी समाविष्ठ नाही .

२. वैयक्तिक रित्या विमानाने सहभागी होणाऱ्या सदस्यानी स्वखर्चाने नियोजित स्थळी यावे. विमानास व त्यांना येण्यास विलंब झाल्यास, सहल सदस्य नियोजित स्थळी , नियोजित वेळेस पोहोचू शकले नाही तर , अशा वेळेस नियोजित पुढच्या स्थळी सहल सदस्यांनी स्व खर्चाने पोहोचावे.

३. प्रत्येकी ५०% आगाऊ रक्कम भरून आपले नाव नोंदविता येईल. बाकी सगळी रक्कम सहलीपूर्वी ३० दिवसात भरणे आवश्यक आहे.

४. सहलीमध्ये नाव नोंदवल्यानंतर कोणत्याही कारणास्तव रद्द करावयाचे झाल्यास तसे लेखी विनंती पत्र दयावे. ६०, ४५ व ३० दिवस आधी नाव रद्द झाल्यास एकूण खर्चाच्या अनुक्रमे २०%, ४०% व ६०% रक्कम cancellation पोटी जमा करून उरलेली रक्कम सहलीनंतर Account Payee चेक द्वारा परत केली जाईल. २० दिवस आधी नाव रद्द झाल्यास सहलीचा कोणताही रिफंड दिला जाणार नाही.

५. सहलीचा तपशीलवार कार्यक्रम व बरोबर आणयाचे सामान याची माहिती सहलीपूर्वी ७ दिवस अगोदर/ आधी देण्यात येईल

६. आपल्या सामानाचे सर्व ठिकाणचे लोडिंग अनलोडिंग आपले आपणच करायचे आहे. त्या दृष्टीने आपले सामान आपणास उचलता येईल एवढ्याच आकाराचे व वजनाचे असावे.

७ .सहल काळात सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी धुम्रपान व मद्यपानास सक्त मनाई राहील.

८. सहल काळात सदस्यांना कोणत्याही कारणामुळे आजार , जिवीत अपघात , सामान हरवणे , चोरी होणे इत्यादी यांची कोणतीही जवाबदारी मदतनीस किंवा संचालक यांच्यावर नाही .कोणत्याही स्वरूपाच्या नैसर्गिक आपत्ती, तसेच अचानक उद्भवणाऱ्या कोणत्याही अपरिहार्य कारणांमुळे राजकीय, सामाजिक अशांतता, संप यामुळे मार्ग बदलावा लागणे अथवा सहल लवकर संपवणे व त्यामुळे प्रवाशांना मुंबईला लवकर परत आणणे ह्या घटनांमुळे सहल सदस्यांना कोणत्याही प्रकारचा परतावा (रिफंड) मिळणार नाही. तसेच वरील बाबींमुळे मार्ग बदलावा लागणे, सहल कार्यक्रम वाढवणे वा बदलणे इत्यादीमुळे येणारा ज्यादा खर्च देण्याची जबाबदारी सहल सदस्यांची राहील.

९. एखादी सहल काही नैसर्गिक आपत्ती , राजकीय परिस्थिती अथवा कुठल्याही कारणांमुळे निघण्यापूर्वी रद्द अथवा पुढे ढकलणे क्रमप्राप्त होत असल्यास त्या सहली संबंधीचा निर्णय संयोजकांमार्फत घेतला जाईल व तो सर्व सभासदांना बंधनकारक राहील .

१०. संस्थेने प्रवासासाठी ठरवलेल्या गाडी व्यतिरिक्त सभासदाने रेल्वे प्रवासासाठी दुसरी कोणतीही गाडी निवडल्यास व ती गाडी मुक्कामाच्या ठिकाणी उशीरा पोहचल्यास किवा रद्द झाल्यास त्या सभासदास स्वखर्चाने सहलीच्या ठिकाणी यावे लागेल . त्या सभासदाला कुठल्याही प्रकारचा रिफंड दिला जाणार नाही .

११. प्रवासाची नियोजित गाडी अथवा आरक्षित शयनयान रेल्वे प्रशासन अनपेक्षित पणे अगदी आयत्यावेळी सुद्धा विना पूर्व सूचना रद्द करते . अशा संपूर्ण सहल रद्द करणे सर्वांच्याच दृष्टीने प्रचंड तोट्याचे असते . त्या करिता सहल सदस्यांना थोडा त्रास सोसून विनाआरक्षण प्रवास त्याचा वा त्या नंतर दुसऱ्या गाडीने अथवा अन्य वाहनाने करावा लागेल . उपरोक्त कारणास्तव कोणीही सदस्यास सहलीत भाग घेणे रद्द करता येणार नाही याची कृपया नोंद घ्यावी . सभासदांनी सहलीत सहभागी होण्याचे रद्द केल्यास त्यांनी भरलेली रक्कम त्या रकमेचा कोणताही भाग सभासदास परत केला जाणार नाही.

१२. सहल काळात एखाद्या व्यक्तीच्या गैरवर्तनाने इतर सभासदास त्रास होत असल्यास त्या सभासदास सहलीतून बाद करण्याचा अधिकार संयोजकांस राहील व त्या सभासदास कुठल्याही प्रकारची रिफंड दिला
जाणार नाही.

१३. सहलीच्या ३० दिवस अगोदर बाकीची रक्कम न भरल्यास विना सूचना सभासदांचे नाव रद्द करण्याचा अधिकार संयोजकाकडे राखीव राहील व भरलेली रक्कम परत केली जाणार नाही.

१४. सहल कार्यक्रमामध्ये कोणत्याही प्रकारचा बदल अथवा फेरफार अथवा सहल रद्द करण्याचा अधिकार संचालक राखून ठेवत आहे.

१५. सहलीसंबंधी कोणत्याही स्वरूपाचे कायदेशीर कार्यक्षेत्र मुंबई पुरतेच मर्यादित राहील. (Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.)

Terms & Conditions

To avoid misunderstanding between tour operators and tourist we have listed the below terms and conditions.

We are tour oprators and we don`t own any Airline, Shipping service, Railway, Bus , hotel etc. and neither we have any control on the above authority / services. If any loss occurs due to these authority / services Nisarg tours will not be responsible for the same.

1. Tour cost is as mentioned in the brochure. It includes bus/ jeep /canter travel, daily - 2 times meal, 2 times tea, stay cost , cost of jungle safari via jeep / canter/ guide and entry fee.
This does not include railway ticket cost , food, cold and refreshment in railway, personal expenses, laundry charges, mineral water, camera, handycam etc.

2. Travelers who choose to travel by airways must reach to desired destination at their own expenses.

3.If the traveler is not able to reach the desire destination on time , the tour operator shall proceed as per the tour plan, and the traveler need to join at the next destination at their own espenses.

4. You can reserve your seat by paying 50% advance non-refundable amount & balance 50% be paid 30 days before the tour comencement date.

5. Due to any unavoidable circumstances if you need to cancel your trip, you need to give a written letter stating the reasons for the same.
For cancellations done 60, 45 and 30 days prior to tour date , the amount of 20%, 40% and 60% will be deducted from the total tour cost respectively and balance shall be refunded through account payee cheque ony.If cancellation is done 20 days prior to the trip, no refund will be applicable.

6. Details of tour itinerary and things to be carried on tour shall be given 7 days prior to the tour.

7. Loading and unloading of your luggage must be done by you. So kindly carry the luggage which you are able to manage by yourself.

8. Smoking and Drinking at public places is strictly prohibited.

9. During the tour if for any reason i.e. Medical problems , accidents ,loss of baggage , theft or any issues related to political , social unrest or natural disaster such any problem if the tour direction is changed or if you may have to return back to mumbai , the tour operator will not be liable to pay the refund.
Due to above any reason if the tour direction is changed or if the tour is extended due to which any additional charges needs to incurred , it is to be paid by travelers and the tour operator will not be liable to pay the same.

9.If the tour is cancelled or postponed because of Natural disaster, Political unrest or any other reason , the decision for the same lies in the hands of tour operator and will be applicable to all the tourist.

10. If the traveler chooses to travel in a different train (other than indicated in the tour itinerary) and if that train gets cancelled or postpone then the traveller should reach the destination at his own cost and no refund shall be given.

11.If at the end moment, railway authorities cancel a particular train, then it shall costs too expensive for all the travellers to cancel the trip. In this case we would request the travellers to travel in a different train (next train for that location) or by a vehicle, etc You can buy a regular running train ticket. Kindly make a note that no traveller can cancel the trip in the above circumstances There will be no refund given if the traveller choose to cancel the trip.

12. The tour operator has right to remove the tourists who is misbehaving nd due to which its creating problem to others.

13. If the balance amount is not paid 30 days prior to the tour date , the travellers name shall be cancelled and there will be no refund given.

14. The management has the right to change the tour itinerary, timings etc.

15. All rules and regulations shall be subject to mumbai juridiction only.
